These Terms govern your use of FAST GLOBAL LTD's currency exchange and money transfer services. By transacting with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
FAST GLOBAL LTD is a company registered in England & Wales, operating from 215 Cricklewood Broadway, London, NW2 3HS. We are a Money Service Business registered with HM Revenue & Customs.
2. Our services
We provide (a) bureau de change services for physical and electronic currency, (b) international money transfers via SWIFT, SEPA and local payment networks, (c) multi-currency invoice services, and (d) related advisory services for business clients.
3. Rates and fees
Exchange rates are quoted at the time of transaction and may change without notice. FAST GLOBAL LTD operates a 0% commission policy. Third-party charges (such as intermediary bank fees) may apply to international transfers and will be disclosed before you confirm.
4. Identification & KYC
We are legally required to verify the identity of our customers under the UK Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds Regulations 2017. You must provide valid photo identification for transactions over £1,000 and for all transfers.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Once a currency exchange or transfer instruction is accepted and processed, it cannot generally be cancelled. Refunds may be possible if funds have not yet been released to the beneficiary, subject to applicable fees.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction concerned. We are not liable for delays caused by intermediary or beneficiary banks, force majeure, or incorrect information supplied by you.
7. Anti-money laundering
We reserve the right to refuse or delay any transaction we reasonably suspect to be connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or other financial crime. We will report such activity to the National Crime Agency as required.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
